Toasted Oats Are A Plant-Based and Powerful
Let’s start with the fact that oats are a whole grain. Whole grains offer great fiber and protein. We love fiber because it helps us feel satisfied. Protein supports healthy skin, muscles and bones. And guess what? You don’t lose any of that nutrition value when you bake them. Whole oats are also rich in antioxidants which help lower blood pressure and inflammation. Toasted oats are great way to get a more heart healthy plant on your plate.
