Thank you for choosing to learn more about Plant-Based Nutrition. I started my journey back in 2017 as a result of discovering that the aches and pains in my body were due to inflammation. I learned that many of the foods that I enjoyed were at the root of the problem. After speaking with my doctor, I began to investigate and through that experience, I decided to lean into a plant-based lifestyle.  

It’s been proven that plant-based nutrition can be helpful in the fight against many challenges including obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Eating mostly plants can open up your world to a whole new food vocabulary and give you so many options for making healthy but tasty meals. 

 

How it Works

Each day for five days you will receive an email from Black Girls Eat. It will include an overview of the day, assignments and handouts. Each day takes about an hour or so to complete but you are on your own time so what ever works for you is what’s best. Are you ready to go from plant curious to plant focused?
